About the project
My clients wanted to remove their existing unusable conservatory, with the common issues of it being either too hot or too cold. The brief was to create a room of a similar size to the out of date conservatory, while creating a building that was a little different.
The rear of the property backs onto Winterley Pool so maximising the glazed area was a must to capture in the ever changing environment, and what was created was this modern sun room with a glass to two walls with a flat overhanging roof finished in a contemporary grey aluminium.
