About the project
My brief for this His Grade II listed building in Weston was to create a sympathetic Garden Room extension of the side. We did have a sticky ride with the planners on this one, but as you can see it was a great success and a beautiful finished build.
Mr M Heath – Weston, Crewe

My brief for this His Grade II listed building in Weston was to create a sympathetic Garden Room extension of the side. We did have a sticky ride with the planners on this one, but as you can see from the results it was a great success and a beautiful finished build.
This old Bungalow was purchased as a retirement property by my client. They had just sold their 5 Bedroom family home and wanted to downsize. The Bungalow was tired, and in need of a fresh makeover. The Bungalow has a south facing garden, and sits nicely at the end of a cul-de-sac looking out onto open fields, leading itself perfectly for to the gable design.
No room was left untouched, and overall this project has completely transformed this Bungalow to provide my client with more social living space to the rear, and also the ability to shut themselves away in the separate snug with inglenook fireplace with a log burning Stove
